Kelly is a thought-leader and 15 year veteran of the cloud services industry in Canada. He has led multiple successful cloud hosting companies in Canada as CEO, COO, and CTO and brings a wealth of business experience to Concero. Kelly is an expert in the development and delivery of mission-critical cloud hosting solutions to public and private sector enterprises. Kelly is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and completed post-graduate studies in philosophy at the University of Victoria.
Jim Stephen is a co-founder of Concero and is responsible for our technical support team. He makes sure we are meeting our customer’s business requirements and service expectations. Jim is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the architecture and delivery IT services. He has worked closely with many public and private sector organizations and is a trusted advisor to our clients.
Derek Ruf is responsible for our solutions sales team. He is a serial entrepreneur, founding SFY Information Technology in 2000 and co-founded Concero in 2010. Derek has over 15 years in the IT services industry building successful relationships with a wide range of organizations. Derek is also a Microsoft Certified System Engineer with deep expertise in the effective management of corporate networks and was an early advocate of SME’s adopting cloud services.
